With over 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred, Forbes 5-Star kitchens and luxury hotels across Europe and the U.S., I’ve developed a signature style that blends modern international & Mediterranean flavors with refined French technique.

The experience with Chef Alex and Chef Chris was truly outstanding, surpassing the standards of many fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles. From the moment they arrived, the two brothers were incredibly professional and charismatic. Each course showcased their culinary expertise and attention to detail.
We started the meal with freshly baked bread accompanied with an insanely delicious compound butter as well as a baked baguette with Brie and truffle honey. I could've just eaten this all night and been satisfied. The 3 course meal that followed was a testament to the chef's talent and skill. Each dish was expertly made with a great balance of flavors and textures. Plating was also beautiful.
I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a Michelin Star experience in the comfort of their own home.
